The Role

This role owns revenue. You are accountable for pipeline, conversion, forecast accuracy, and closed business. You will lead from the front: closing deals, building systems, and running a disciplined, data-driven sales org.

What You’ll Do

• Own regional revenue targets and develop go-to-market strategy in partnership with senior sales leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional VPs, setting a high performance bar and holding the org accountable to it
• Cultivate and expand broker relationships; deepen penetration of the existing client portfolio and identify new distribution partnerships
• Use data to diagnose gaps, improve funnel efficiency, and drive consistent execution across the team
• Partner directly with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align on customer needs, improve win rates, and drive retention and expansion

Your Experience

• Proven track record leading layered sales organizations focused on Mid-Market / Enterprise deals ($50K–$500K+ ARR)
• Familiarity with channel-based sales approach and understanding of what makes reseller sales successful
• Experience managing senior sales professionals in a field environment
• Owned a revenue target with accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
• Strong analytical approach; you use data to run your team, not just your own deals
• Experience building or scaling sales processes in a growth-stage environment

Compensation

• Target base salary USD $200,000 – $220,000, plus commissions & competitive equity
