As a Guest Experience Leader (GEL) at McDonald’s, you’d be engaging directly with customers, making their experience more enjoyable, and working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team. The key responsibilities focus on ensuring guest satisfaction, helping with ordering, providing assistance, and addressing concerns-plus the chance to bring a little joy to kids with a special treat!
With a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, this could be a great fit for someone who enjoys interacting with people, problem-solving, and contributing to a team. The flexible hours between 8 AM and 8 PM also provide good work-life balance
The Guest Experience Leader gets to create feel-good moments everyday with customers by:
Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
Checking with them once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything else
Ensuring kids receive a kid treat – Handling any concerns
Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
All you’ll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We’ll teach you the rest.
