Now Hiring: Turn Technicians / Apartment Maintenance Techs

Power Labor is hiring 10 experienced Turn Technicians immediately for a fast-paced apartment turnover project. If you have maintenance experience and can work efficiently to prepare rental units for new residents, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

Turn Technicians are responsible for getting vacant apartments move-in ready by completing repairs, painting, cleaning, and general maintenance work while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns quickly and professionally
• Drywall patching, painting, caulking, and minor carpentry
• Repair or replace fixtures, doors, cabinets, lighting, and appliances
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Flooring, tile, and carpet repairs as needed
• Remove debris and ensure units are clean and ready for move-in
• Report larger repair issues to management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance, property maintenance, or related experience
• Knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Strong painting and drywall skills
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Tools Required

Must have basic hand tools including drill, hammer, pliers, measuring tape, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, wire cutters, socket set, and similar tools.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly; heavier items with assistance
• Frequent bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and standing
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and elevated areas when needed

• On-call rotation may be required periodically
