JOB REQUIREMENTS: What You’ll Do: Work at heights up to 20 feet using a
Skyjack Lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs consistently Tie roving
bales using air stitchers Stay activethis role involves standing and
walking throughout your shift Learn on the job with hands-on training
provided Support team operations and take on additional tasks as needed
Operate and monitor pultrusion machines Handle fiberglass materials and
maintain production flow Read setup sheets and production orders to meet
quality standards Perform quality checks throughout production Use
measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Clean and maintain
equipment and tooling Assist with machine setup, shutdown, and
changeovers Cross-train in other areas of the plant ** OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What We’re Looking For: Mechanical
aptitude and experience with hand tools Ability to read measurements and
production documentation Comfort working on your feet and lifting up to
50 lbs Commitment to safety and PPE requirements Willingness to learn,
grow, and work overtime as neededMotivated, dependable, and quick-moving
