What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
• Acquire knowledge and proficiency in PBM and mail order resources to effectively assist members and clients
• Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist with on-site client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences as needed
• Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit card processing

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
• Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
• Exceptional phone, listening, written, and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in a healthcare-related service environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
