Wireless Representative (AT&T) Full Time

As a Wireless Representative (AT&T), you will serve as a frontline ambassador, engaging directly with customers, providing accurate information, and representing brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This is an entry-level position with paid training provided, offering hands-on experience and opportunities to build valuable skills in customer care and communication.

What You’ll Do as a Wireless Representative (AT&T):

• Greet and engage customers in high-traffic retail settings through one-on-one interactions
• Identify customer needs and clearly present products and services in person
• Provide accurate information to support confident purchasing decisions
• Deliver a positive, professional, and personalized customer experience
• Address customer questions and concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
• Support individual and team performance goals to ensure successful campaign execution
• Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training
• Share feedback and insights to help improve customer experiences and overall campaign effectiveness

Wireless Representative (AT&T) Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer care or sales preferred.
• A people-oriented communicator with an authentic desire to help others.
• Able to maintain professionalism in diverse environments and during fast-paced interactions.
• Comfortable interpreting customer needs and responding with clarity and empathy.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration, training, and ongoing growth.

Customer Service Representative Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability on both weekdays and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits
