Full Job Description
- Climate controlled production floor.
- Responsible for running production for all Wire EDM programs using MasterCam software as well as all other related activities
- Includes but not limited to:
- Perform set up on Machine for production and obtain 1st piece approvals
- Identify and effectively troubleshoot machining issues
- Specify machining and tooling requirements
- Run production as needed
- Complete all job specific quality requirements
- Perform all other tasks as required and assigned by manager
- Min. 1-2 yrs of relevant experience.
- Considerable working knowledge of equipment, tooling, materials, methods and standard practices used in medical device manufacturing
- Can work well independently as well as within a team environment
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and be able to challenge the norm in order to inspire others around
