Technical Delivery Expert Full Time

The Technical Delivery Expert role is for one of Takamol subsidiaries, responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of digital platforms, with full ownership of execution, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of digital platforms with full ownership, aligning execution with business goals and timelines.
• Apply strong understanding of SDLC, system design, deployments, release management, and API integrations, with practical use of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute and deliver features on time with high quality, managing backlog, sprint commitments, and delivery tracking.
• Manage production deployments, including go-live readiness, release validation, incident handling, and hotfix execution with minimal disruption.
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with business, product, development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to processes and governance standards, including documentation, SLA compliance, and tracking using tools such as Jira.
• Drive tasks independently with strong ownership and accountability, ensuring delivery commitments are met.
• Maintain high levels of organization, attention to detail, and proactiveness, especially during critical production activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• +6 years of hands-on experience in software delivery, technical project execution, or similar roles, with proven ownership of end-to-end delivery for digital platforms.

Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – by PMI
• PRINCE2 (Foundation or Practitioner)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM I/II
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist)
• ITIL Foundation (for service management & operations)
• DevOps Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
