Window Installers
** Immediate Hire willing to train the right person**
Overview: Avanti Window and Doors is looking for talented Window Installers as Installers Lead/Driver (with a valid license) We are a fast-growing company with locations in Texas (Austin, Fort Worth, Wylie, Mesquite) Arizona, California, Florida and Las Vegas. Responsibilities:
- Looking for leaders with the ability to listen and advance
- Be at work on time every day
- Helping and supporting team members
- Always Following company safety guidelines
- Willing to learn AIM method, on-the-job training from day one
- Ability to use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns
- Climb high ladders (If you’re afraid if heights this might not be a job for you)
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds several times per day
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Communicate professionally and manage customer expectations.
Skills/Knowledge:
- General Home Construction experience a plus
- Window experience a plus
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma, GED or prior knowledge of general construction and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required.
Pay: starting at $18Hr depending on experience
Paid weekly and Paid training
Background check required
Job Type: Full-time
