Wholesale Customer Service Representative Full Time NEW

Established in 1976 and celebrating our 50th anniversary, MIA Shoes offers fashion-forward footwear for women with an emphasis on wearability and comfort. We partner with major department stores and specialty retailers nationwide, and are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wholesale Customer Service Representative to support our internal and external sales teams and maintain high-touch relationships with department store buyers.

Role Overview

This is a critical B2B role requiring experience in wholesale operations, order processing, and customer account management within the fashion or footwear industry. If you have experience navigating the demands of wholesale customers and are ready to contribute to a dynamic fashion brand, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale customer accounts, including department store buyers and sales rep partners
• Process bulk and EDI orders accurately through Apparel Business Systems (ABS) ERP
• Coordinate with NuORDER platform for line sheet visibility and order management
• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, external sales reps, and upper management
• Monitor and maintain open order reports, shipping updates, and customer requests
• Proactively resolve customer inquiries, issues, and changes to orders in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory availability and sales reports using Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B customer service experience in wholesale, fashion, or footwear industries
• Solid knowledge of order processing, EDI workflows, and wholesale account structure
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ABS ERP and NuORDER is a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be speaking with buyers and internal stakeholders daily
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
