Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Manager, based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing warehouse operations, overseeing inventory control, supervising a team of staff, and ensuring that workflows align with company and client requirements. The Warehouse Operations Manager will also ensure optimal efficiency, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide team members effectively
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Warehouse Management Systems to optimize workflows and maintain efficiency
• Experience with Inventory Control, ensuring accurate tracking, stock levels, and replenishment
• Excellent Customer Service skills, addressing client needs and maintaining strong relationships
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures in warehouse management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
