Position Summary
VP Semi Strategy serves as the senior strategist for Adeia’s Semiconductor business, partnering closely with the Chief Semiconductor Officer to define long-term strategy, market positioning, and growth pathways across Semiconductor markets and ecosystems. The role drives development of strategic business cases, prioritization frameworks, and go-to-market recommendations to support renewal readiness and sustained growth. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the VP works closely with Semiconductor, IP, Commercial, and Corporate Development leaders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure Semiconductor-specific strategies are incorporated into and aligned with the broader enterprise strategy.

San Jose, CA Range: $280,000-$340,000
The base compensation range is based on the primary work location of the candidate, as our ranges are location-specific.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience, and depth of experience.
