Job Title: General Labor—Cement Manufacturing
Location: Long Beach, CA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 AM Start | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor, including shoveling materials throughout the shift
• Clean and monitor conveyor belts to ensure safe, efficient operation
• Assist with yard maintenance and general labor tasks
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift, carry, and shovel materials for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a dusty and noisy environment
• Previous labor or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality (6:00 AM start time)
• Commitment to teamwork and safety standards
