Be Extraordinary! Job Coaches generally work independently, providing job supports and community based activities for the people they support. On the job training is provided for you and will be ongoing.

Position Requirements:

· 4 year degree or equivalent credits

· Montana Driver License, a dependable car and auto insurance

· A compassionate heart and desire to see others succeed!

Knowledge and Abilities:

· General knowledge of human services

· Self motivation and time management skills

· Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with clients, co-workers, employers, and team members.

· Ability to assess the needs and strengths of an adult with disabilities.

· Ability, with training, to work independently at job sites and community settings.

· As you are training others, you need the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, walk, reach and occasionally lift (up to 20 lbs.) during the course of the work day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 to $19.50 per hour, depending on Education, plus variable pay (bonus). Over $40,000 a year.
