Position Overview
We are hiring a Virtual Surveyor to conduct remote assessments for customers and provide accurate job estimates for moving consultants to discuss with customers. This role also has the opportunity to expand into a Hybrid Virtual Surveyor / Sales Assistant position for candidates interested in broader responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual surveys via video calls with customers
- Assess inventory and scope of moves accurately
- Prepare detailed estimates
- Answer customer questions and build trust during the process
- Maintain detailed records and documentation
Hybrid Responsibilities (Optional Growth Track)
- Assist sales team with scheduling and lead management
- Support follow-ups and customer communication
- Help streamline sales operations
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Sales or estimating experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
