Senior Insurance Platform Consultant Full Time NEW

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Platform Expert / SME with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) domain expertise to support the implementation and adoption of modern core insurance platforms in the U.S. market.

This role combines insurance domain knowledge, business analysis, platform implementation, and client advisory. You will work closely with insurance carriers, MGAs, system integrators, and internal delivery teams to design and implement technology solutions that support modern insurance operations.

You will also play a key role in supporting sales and pre-sales activities, helping articulate the value of the platform to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Platform Implementation

• Provide deep domain expertise in P&C, Commercial Lines, and Specialty Lines insurance.
• Support implementation of solutions across policy administration, billing, claims, and distribution systems.
• Translate insurance business requirements into platform capabilities and configurations.
• Guide clients on best practices for insurance operations and digital transformation.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Lead requirements discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
• Document business processes, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work with architecture and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Client Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to insurance carriers and partners.
• Provide guidance on U.S. insurance operations, regulatory considerations, and process optimization.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support

• Support new business opportunities through:
• Client discovery sessions
• Solution demonstrations
• RFP/RFI responses
• Solution positioning and value articulation
• Partner with sales and solution teams to shape winning proposals.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines and Specialty Lines insurance products and operations.
• Good understanding of U.S. insurance market practices, workflows, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience implementing core insurance systems or COTS insurance platforms.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, or Insurance Technology implementations.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with insurance technology vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
• Exposure to API-driven insurance platforms, modern digital architectures, and AI solutions.
• Experience in project delivery or project management roles
• Experience supporting sales engineering or pre-sales activities
