Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Strategy and Operations. The successful candidate will lead strategic planning initiatives, oversee operational frameworks, and drive business planning to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities will include monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional projects to enhance the effectiveness of the initiative. The Vice President will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that advance the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and support decision-making processes
• Experience in Finance and budget management to ensure effective allocation of resources
• Proven expertise in Strategic Planning and Business Planning to develop and execute organizational strategies
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of goals
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders effectively
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and remote work environment
• Knowledge or experience in nutrition, public health, or human capital development is an advantage
• Advanced degree in business, public health, or related field preferred
