Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President, Sales Operations. The Vice President will lead and oversee the organization’s sales operations strategy, aligning it with business objectives and growth goals. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue generation. The role also involves financial planning related to sales operations, strategic planning to identify growth opportunities, and regular reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, including experience with sales processes and strategic approaches to drive revenue growth.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess performance data, identify trends, and drive data-backed decision-making.
• Proficiency in Finance and an understanding of budgeting, revenue analysis, and cost control within sales operations.
• Expertise in Strategic Planning to develop and implement long-term sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
• Proven experience in leadership, team management, and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in or a keen understanding of the international affairs sector is a strong plus.
