Job Responsibility:
- Create orders from incoming requests
- Answer calls and assist customers with order management
- Provide estimates as needed
- Process orders
- Prepare shipping, delivery, and billing paperwork
- Process purchase orders for vendors
- Ad hoc projects within the department
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, service coordination, or an administrative support role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal staff
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in documentation and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced department
