Role Overview
Rivvun AI is looking for a Vice President of Sales based in the US to lead our go-to-market activities across North America. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building pipeline, leading strategic sales motions, closing enterprise opportunities, and creating a disciplined, scalable revenue engine for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Rivvun’s sales and GTM strategy across North America
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Directors and Presales Directors
- Drive qualified pipeline creation, enterprise deal progression, and revenue growth across target accounts
- Lead strategic sales motions with senior enterprise buyers and executive stakeholders
- Establish a clear operating cadence across pipeline reviews, forecast management, account planning, and deal governance
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on GTM priorities, territory focus, market entry strategy, and revenue planning
- Coach the team on consultative selling, business-value-led positioning, and complex enterprise deal execution
- Help shape Rivvun’s sales narrative around financial outcomes, leakage reduction, decision quality, automation, and business impact
- Collaborate closely with marketing on demand generation, campaigns, events, and account-based motions
- Contribute to hiring, talent development, organizational design, and the long-term scaling of the commercial organization
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with significant leadership experience in the US / North America market
- Proven track record of leading enterprise GTM teams and closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience managing senior sales talent and working closely with presales / solution consulting functions
- Strong experience selling SaaS, AI, automation, enterprise platforms, or business applications
- Ability to engage credibly with C-level and senior functional leaders across finance, procurement, revenue, operations, and transformation
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operating rigor
- Comfortable working directly with the CEO and founders in a high-ownership environment.
