Job Title: Vice President of Global Expansion
Location: Remote/ Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and growth-focused Vice President of Global Expansion to lead the company’s international growth strategy and market entry initiatives. This executive role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, evaluating global markets, establishing regional operations, and driving sustainable expansion across priority countries and regions. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial insight, operational leadership, and experience scaling businesses internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global expansion strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Identify and evaluate new international markets, customer segments, and regional opportunities
Lead market entry planning including partnerships, operations setup, and go-to-market execution
Build relationships with distributors, partners, vendors, and local stakeholders
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support expansion goals
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regional business performance
Oversee launch timelines, expansion budgets, and operational readiness plans
Ensure consistent brand positioning and customer experience across markets
Recruit, lead, and develop regional expansion teams where needed
Provide executive leadership with growth forecasts, progress reports, and strategic recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Management, Marketing, or related field
Extensive experience in international business, market development, or regional leadership roles
Proven track record of entering and growing business in new markets
Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong financial and operational acumen
Ability to travel internationally as required
