The Vice President, North America Sales – Aftermarket with Hydro, Inc., is responsible for driving strategic growth and market leadership across Hydro’s independent aftermarket services business. This role leads the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy focused on expanding market share, increasing recurring revenue, and strengthening customer partnerships across key industrial commercial sectors.
This is an executive level corporate role reporting to the President. The successful candidate may be home-based and work remotely, with the ability to travel up to 50% across North America to engage key customers, support regional sales teams, and ensure alignment with service operations. You will also be expected to participate in company meetings, events and industry trade shows.
