Vice President, Global Growth Strategy
Position Overview
The Vice President, Global Growth Strategy is responsible for defining and driving the company’s long-term global growth agenda across markets, products, and business segments. This executive role focuses on identifying scalable growth opportunities, designing expansion strategies, improving revenue performance, and aligning global initiatives with corporate objectives. The position works closely with senior leadership to accelerate sustainable, data-driven growth worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Global Growth Strategy Development
Develop and lead the company’s global growth strategy and roadmap
Identify high-potential markets, segments, and expansion opportunities
Define scalable growth models across regions and business lines
Align growth strategy with overall corporate vision and financial targets
Revenue & Business Expansion
Drive top-line growth through strategic initiatives and market expansion
Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and commercialization opportunities
Support pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies
Evaluate and prioritize growth investments and initiatives
Market & Customer Insights
Analyze global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics
Translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Identify unmet customer needs and emerging opportunities
Support data-driven decision-making across business units
Cross-Functional Growth Execution
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams
Ensure alignment of growth initiatives across global functions
Coordinate execution of strategic growth programs and priorities
Remove barriers to accelerate business expansion
Strategic Planning & Performance Management
Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure growth performance
Monitor global business performance and identify improvement areas
Provide executive-level reporting on growth initiatives and outcomes
Adjust strategies based on market performance and insights
Transformation & Innovation
Lead high-impact growth transformation initiatives
Support digital, operational, and commercial innovation programs
Identify opportunities for business model evolution and scaling
Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Team Leadership
Lead and develop global strategy, analytics, or growth teams
Build a high-performance, insight-driven organization
Mentor future leaders in strategy and growth functions
Foster collaboration across regions and disciplines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related field
10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or growth roles
Strong track record of driving business growth in complex organizations
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
Experience working across multiple regions or global markets
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience in management consulting (e.g., strategy firms) or global enterprises
Background in high-growth industries such as technology, consumer goods, or retail
Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives
