- Design, develop, and implement UiPath automation solutions for business processes prioritized by the client.
- Provide production support for UiPath automations and ensure stable operation of deployed processes.
- Monitor and maintain automated processes in production on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues; log defects, implement fixes, and track them through to closure.
- Develop and deploy functional enhancements and change requests for existing automation solutions.
- Execute and support on-demand automation requests as required by business stakeholders.
- Provide RPA infrastructure support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure platform availability.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to continuously improve automation performance, stability, and efficiency.
