Body Shop Painter – Lead Full Time

Gray’s Garage Hot Rods and Customs is seeking an experienced Paint & Body Specialist to lead the refinishing side of our operation.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in their craft, values precision, and is committed to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of bodywork—from bare metal through final cut and buff—with a strong understanding of achieving laser-straight panels and show-quality, glass-flat finishes.

This is not collision work. We focus exclusively on complete, high-end hot rod and custom vehicle builds, where attention to detail and quality are paramount.

You’ll be offered the opportunity to oversee projects from start to finish and work directly with the shop owner to meet quality and efficiency goals.
