Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Regional Executive Director. The individual in this role will oversee and guide operational strategies and business development within the assigned region. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, driving sales growth, managing budgets, developing and mentoring leadership teams, and fostering community relationships. The Regional Executive Director will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all business objectives align with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Strategic Management skills, including the ability to set and achieve goals, mentor teams, and manage performance metrics
• Strong Business Development and Sales expertise, with experience in identifying growth opportunities and executing effective strategies
• Budgeting and Financial Acumen for overseeing financial planning and ensuring cost efficiency
• Adept at Communication and Collaboration, including strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team-building abilities
• Insight into Market Trends and the automotive industry, including customer service and relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while ensuring regional objectives are met
