Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Vice President of Business Development. The incumbent will drive strategic initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, while fostering long-term client relationships to support revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating robust business plans, leading contract negotiations, managing key accounts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Regional Vice President will also collaborate with different departments to execute strategic sales and development plans effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth
• Experience in Account Management, nurturing long-term client relationships
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with real estate development or property management industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets in fast-paced and competitive markets
