Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Service Groundsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Tree Industry and growing our company. This role involves ensuring our outdoor spaces are always clean, tidy, and safe.
Responsibilities
- Trimming trees and bushes to maintain the health and appearance of trees
- Operating power equipment and hand tools such as chainsaws
- Maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment
- Observing safety guidelines in all tasks performed
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments
- Assisting the tree removal and running under the direction of the Supervisor
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the site after completion of work
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the tree industry or similar roles is helpful, but not required
- Physical fitness to perform labor-intensive tasks and ability to lift at minimum 75 pounds.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record (No DWI)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
