A top-tier, healthcare-focused private equity firm is hiring for a Private Equity Associate to join its New York team.
The firm is a highly specialized investor with a long-standing track record of building and scaling market-leading healthcare businesses across pharma, medtech, and services. They take a high-conviction, hands-on approach to investing, partnering closely with management teams to drive both organic growth and strategic M&A. Known for disciplined execution and deep sector expertise, the platform consistently delivers high-quality outcomes across its portfolio.
The Associate will play a central role across the full deal lifecycle, including evaluating new investments, building and stress-testing financial models, supporting diligence processes, and helping shape investment theses alongside senior investors.
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking at a top-tier bank
- Strong healthcare exposure required (medtech, or healthcare services experience preferred)
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Sharp commercial judgment with strong attention to detail
