At Silver Key Senior Services, our mission is to help older adults age safely and independently in their homes. As a Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in our community-ensuring clients get safely from their door to medical appointments, grocery stores, and essential services.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport clients to and from medical and personal appointments
- Provide door-through-door service, assisting clients courteously and safely
- Operate lift-equipped vehicles (wheelchair accessible; up to 14 passengers)
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain assigned vehicles and report any issues
- Deliver excellent customer service with compassion and professionalism
- Support and interact positively with volunteers and team members
- Accurately follow schedules and route instructions using mobile technology
What You Bring
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to meet insurability requirements and pass MVR checks
- Ability to pass background checks (including CAPS) and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility devices (up to 300 lbs with equipment)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, respectful approach to working with seniors
Preferred
- Passenger transportation experience
- Experience working with older adults
- Basic computer/tablet skills
- Experience handling donations or cash

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Combination of driving, indoor, and outdoor work
- Exposure to weather conditions and moderate noise
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and assisting passengers
- Ability to push and maneuver wheelchairs safely
Additional Requirements
- Completion of PASS training within 6 months of hire
- Participation in ongoing training opportunities
- Compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT
- Must pass drug test and background check prior to hire and periodically during employment as determined by organization standards as well as State and Federal contracting requirements
