Overview
We are growing and have opened two entry level positions!
J.E.S. ENERGY, LLC is seeking two dependable and detail-oriented Ticket Clerks to join our team. This is an entry-level office position within a fast-paced water hauling and trucking company. The ideal candidates will assist with reviewing driver tickets, verifying hours and load information through GPS systems, and preparing paperwork for invoicing and accounts receivable processing.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify driver tickets for accuracy
- Compare tickets with GPS and dispatch information
- Organize and prepare tickets for invoicing
- Enter data into company systems and spreadsheets
- Communicate with dispatchers, pushers and office staff regarding missing or incorrect information
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
- Assist with additional office and operations tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and data entry experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Good communication and time management skills
- Excel and office software experience preferred
- Trucking, transportation, or oilfield experience is a plus but not required
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
