Telecom Team Member Full Time

As an authorized partner of Frontier Communications, we represent Frontier’s fiber internet and home service offerings in assigned residential territories. We are currently hiring a Telecom Team Member to conduct direct, in-person sales and customer enrollments. This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with performance-based compensation, enjoy interacting with customers, and are motivated by measurable sales results.

What You’ll Do as a Telecom Team Member:

• Engage with homeowners and decision-makers to introduce Frontier’s fiber services and conduct in-person sales, enrolling them in fiber internet plans that best fit their needs.
• Present product features and benefits clearly and confidently in direct settings.
• Provide professional guidance and personalized recommendations through the sales enrollment process to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build strong rapport with customers through trust, authenticity, and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent field performance and high-quality interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
• Track customer information accurately and ensure successful service sales enrollment.

Requirements of the Telecom Team Member:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 – $1,300.00 per week
