4 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) is the organization that works with mid-market and small advertisers to make them successful across Search, DVA and YouTube. The business drives more than half of the business growth for Google Ads
GCS Ads Finance is the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) partner for GCS. The work is integral to the strategic decision-making and operations of the business.
In this role, you will identify business growth drivers, forecast future performance, provide recommendations on resource allocation, and analyze the lifetime value of the advertisers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop metrics to track and evaluate solution deployment across teams.
Create dashboards and tools to automate processes, generate reports, and guide product decisions.
Curate and validate data to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the domain, business goals, and data infrastructure @context.
Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment that prioritizes Google’s values, healthy work practices, and achievement of results.
