Full Job Description
Concrete Laborer
- Location: Marstellar, PA
- Payrate: $14.00-$20.00 per hour – Based on experience
- Schedule: Day Shift – Monday to Friday (some Saturday) Starting around 7 am
What will you be doing?
- Produce high-quality precast concrete panels that meet engineering specifications
- Carry out the daily production plan as communicated by Plant Manager
- Complete tasks related to production
- Build wooden forms
- Install and ties in rebar and mesh
- Pour and finish concrete
- Strip out panels after completion
- Patch and repair products as needed
- Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines
- Maintain and improve housekeeping to ensure a safe and productive workplace on an hour-by-hour, day-by-day basis
- Complete daily preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, including tool maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
