Shop Operations and Equipment Manager Full Time

You’ll be responsible for handling tools and equipment, managing inventory, making deliveries, and supporting job sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Track and maintain company tools and equipment
• Manage inventory and keep company assets accounted for
• Help with vehicle and trailer maintenance
• Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
• Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors
• Help keep the shop, warehouse, and storage areas organized
• Move equipment between projects and crews as needed
• Help improve how we track and bill for equipment use across projects
• Support field teams with general operational and logistics needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable around tools and equipment
• Construction operations, equipment handling, towing, or logistics experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication, work ethic, and attention to detail

PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
