Senior Sales Leader – Solutions Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development / Hunter Sales
• Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise accounts for project-based and managed services opportunities.
• Build a strong qualified pipeline through direct outreach, executive networking, account-based selling, industry relationships, and partner channels.
• Open new logos and expand existing relationships into strategic solution-led engagements.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, VPs of Applications, Digital Transformation leaders, Procurement leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Create demand for project-based and managed services offerings rather than depending only on incoming staffing requirements.
• Build account plans, pursuit strategies, opportunity maps, stakeholder maps, and executive engagement plans.

Solutions Selling

• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes, transformation priorities, operational challenges, and technology needs.
• Position company capabilities around project delivery, managed services, application modernization, cloud, data, AI, automation, QA, DevOps, product engineering, and enterprise application support.
• Translate client problems into structured solution opportunities, SOWs, delivery models, commercial proposals, and long-term service engagements.
• Work closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, practice heads, and offshore/nearshore teams to develop strong client proposals.
• Sell value, accountability, governance, delivery confidence, scalability, and business impact instead of only hourly rates or individual resources.

Project-Based and Managed Services Sales

• Sell SOW-based engagements, fixed-price projects, milestone-based projects, T&M project work, outcome-based engagements, and managed services contracts.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, proposal discussions, RFP/RFI responses, executive presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial structures for project-based and managed services opportunities.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, managed services agreements, SLAs, KPIs, governance models, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.

Global Delivery Model Positioning

• Position global delivery capabilities as a core part of solution-led sales strategy.
• Design and sell solutions using onsite, offshore, nearshore, hybrid, and distributed delivery models.
• Explain global delivery value in terms of scalability, cost optimization, quality, delivery speed, extended coverage, specialized skills, and long-term support.
• Address client concerns related to time zones, communication, governance, accountability, knowledge transfer, productivity, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Work with offshore and nearshore delivery teams during solution design, estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Support proposals that include delivery assumptions, onsite/offshore ratios, blended pricing, governance cadence, transition plans, and support structures.
