Under limited supervision, the Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support, project management, and coordination for the IFG Sales organization. This individual will interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, support Sales Leadership with daily tasks, Sales LT support, including calendar management, special projects, and develop and deliver communication to multiple parties. The Sr. Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department’s operations. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and coordinate a diversified workload, as well as recommend changes if needed. Employees in this position may interact with their leader as needed, to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require their leader’s advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.
