Senior FP&A Analyst – Topline Finance Top 3 Skills
- Hands-on Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive) model ownership — must have built and managed models, not just used the tool
- SaaS topline FP&A with direct experience in ARR, pipeline forecasting, and AOP — not general finance or BI
- NetSuite ERP financial data and reporting
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain detailed topline financial models covering ARR, revenue, billings, and gross margin
- Support annual operating plans, quarterly rolling forecasts, and long-range planning cycles
- Run monthly business performance analysis and outlook reviews
- Develop scenario models for pricing changes, new products, and go-to-market initiatives
- Drive quarter-end forecasting cadence in partnership with Deal Desk, Order Management, and Product Ops
- Work hands-on in Adaptive Insights to support planning enhancements and system improvements
- Lead or support FP&A projects including system implementations and process improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
What We Need From You
- 7+ years in FP&A or Strategic Finance inside a SaaS or B2B software company
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights — this is a hard requirement
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP — also required
- Strong topline forecasting background: ARR, bookings, billings, GTM modeling
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills with the ability to work across large datasets
Bonus If You Have
- Experience at a large, publicly traded SaaS company
- Salesforce familiarity
- CFA or CPA certification
- Comfort collaborating across India time zones
