What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate various organizational and executive meetings and special events
- Manage complex executive calendars and conference rooms, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and assist office visitors
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, ensuring timely arrangements for catering and technology needs
- Support office operations by managing shared inboxes, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized office systems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced professional environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with proven success managing multiple priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Adobe products
- Associate’s degree in office administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to support staff and executives positively
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate in clerical tasks and document preparation
