Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans

• Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
