What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the transition of the organization from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication within teams
- Analyze team dynamics and resolve conflicts to enhance team performance
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices
- Adapt Agile methodologies to fit the unique needs of the organization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in a related field
- At least 4+ years’ experience as an Agile Scrum Master
- Proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience as an Agile Coach
- Proven track record of successfully applying Agile techniques at scale
- Experience leading teams in a variety of Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile)
- Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflicts effectively
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating effective meetings in both co-located and distributed environments
