What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and clinical directives
• Maintain communication with patients and staff regarding scheduling changes and needs
• Respond to emergency calls and adjust schedules as necessary
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to meet patient requirements
• Complete necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner to ensure regulatory compliance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED; advanced education is desirable
• Experience in a Home Health environment or with a temporary Staffing Agency preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is desirable
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
