Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience in Agentforce and AI-driven automation within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement intelligent Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, and automation frameworks to enhance customer engagement, workflow efficiency, and enterprise productivity.

The candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce development, AI agents, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and automation tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement scalable Salesforce solutions using standard and custom objects, workflows, and flows.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, testing, and deployment.

Agentforce Implementation

• Design and configure Agentforce AI agents within Salesforce for automated workflows and customer interactions.
• Build intelligent AI-powered assistants for sales, service, and operational workflows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Configure AI-driven decision engines and conversational workflows.

Automation & AI Integration

• Implement Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities including predictions, recommendations, and automation.
• Build agent-based workflows leveraging generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Integrate external AI/LLM platforms with Salesforce via APIs and middleware.

Integrations

• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms such as ERP, data platforms, and AI services.

DevOps & Deployment

• Participate in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Support Salesforce deployments using SFDX and DevOps best practices.

Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and architects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Expertise
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce
• Salesforce Flows
• Salesforce APIs

Agentforce Experience

• Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce AI agents
• Experience designing AI-driven workflows and agent automation
• Understanding of prompt design and conversational AI workflows

Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000 a year
