Sales Operations Specialist Full Time

Nexum Health Partners is working with a client to identify a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist. This person will be the backbone of the internal Salesforce ecosystem and will serve as the bridge between sales, finance, and marketing. This role has constant interaction with leadership and candidates must perform well in lean/scrappy environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Salesforce & Data Management: Serve as the primary admin for the sales team; building custom reports/dashboards within Salesforce, maintaining data integrity, and managing lead assignment for marketing (Google Ads, web, referrals).
• Quote-to-Cash Oversight: Execute daily quoting and invoicing within Salesforce and manage vendor purchase orders to ensure seamless procurement.
• Financial Support: Drive revenue tracking, sales forecasting, and commission calculations using Excel and Salesforce data.
• Process Optimization: Refine sales workflows for maximum efficiency and manage job tracking within ERP.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align operations and provide training/onboarding for team members.
• Administrative Compliance: Facilitate new customer/vendor setups and ensure all financial documentation meets company standards.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in Sales Operations and 1+ year of Salesforce experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Adept level Salesforce skills (dashboards, quoting tools) and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling).
• Detail Obsession: Exceptional organizational skills with a “zero-error” approach to data entry and invoicing.
• Communication: Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and business leaders.
