Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales Management, including team building, motivation, and performance tracking
• Thorough understanding of Life Insurance products and applicable regulations
• Experience in Financial Planning and market analysis for identifying growth opportunities
• Exceptional Communication and Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide others
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Analytics tools
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
• Self-motivated with a focus on results, problem-solving, and strategic planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Life Insurance License is required
