Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in wood products, is seeking a 2nd shift Production Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 2nd shift Production Associate, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 2nd shift Production Associate
Location: Pelham, AL
Pay Range: $15 per hour
$1 pay increase after 30 days of perfect attendance and good performance
Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
What’s the Job?
Load and unload various wood products efficiently and safely
Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, repeatedly throughout the shift
Operate loaders and other manufacturing equipment as needed
Maintain good attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth operations
Support team efforts to meet production goals and quality standards
What’s Needed?
Previous manufacturing experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Good attendance record
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
