American Cell Technology offers state-of-the-art personal stem cell banking services focused on partnering with top regenerative medicine practitioners across the United States. Our focus is building long-term partnerships with physicians and their teams by helping them understand, implement, and successfully offer personal stem cell banking within their practices. We are growing our sales team and looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive new physician relationships, build qualified pipeline, and support our Account Executives in moving opportunities forward.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a high-ownership Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales professional based in Oakland Park, FL.

This person will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, creatively sourcing qualified leads, booking meetings for Account Executives, and helping manage the early stages of the relationship-building process with prospective physician partners.

The SDR will work closely with Account Executives, leadership, onboarding, and clinic coordination teams to ensure prospects and accounts are properly followed up with, educated, and moved to the next appropriate stage.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify new physician, clinic, and broader relationship opportunities across regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, aesthetics, functional medicine, and related specialties.
• Use outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, conferences, referrals, online research, AI tools, and other creative sourcing strategies to generate qualified meetings
• Book discovery calls, intro meetings, and follow-up conversations for Account Executives
• Own and maintain the lead pipeline, ensuring prospects are properly tracked, followed up with, and moved through the sales process
• Research physicians, clinics, and markets to identify high-value opportunities and personalize outreach
• Collaborate with Account Executives on follow-up strategy, account planning, and next steps with active prospects including follow up projects and research coordination
• Use CRM and sales tools to track activity, manage tasks, document conversations, and maintain clean pipeline visibility
• Help develop and test new outbound campaigns, messaging, lead lists, and automation workflows
• Leverage AI and sales automation tools to improve efficiency, personalize outreach, and increase meeting volume
• Work directly with the COO and sales team on pipeline goals, outreach strategy, performance tracking, and growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Proactive mindset with a desire to improve systems, outreach, and results
• Experience in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, or outbound sales preferred
• Healthcare, medical, biotech, aesthetics, regenerative medicine, or physician-facing experience is a strong plus
• Ability to quickly learn clinical, scientific, and business concepts and communicate them clearly
• Experience using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups without losing detail
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
