Our outbound machine is generating more replies than our closers can handle. We need one sharp SDR to own the inbound side.
Your one job: grow qualified pipeline.
Not book calls. Not hit activity metrics. Grow qualified pipeline.
Booked calls are an output of doing the job well. Your real work is everything that happens between a prospect’s first reply and the moment they’re sitting in our VP of Sales’ calendar fully warmed up, properly qualified, and excited to talk. Most of that work happens over email. Most of the qualification happens over email. The call is the result, not the goal. This is a writing job. The writing is the work.
If you can’t write a reply that makes a marketing buyer stop scrolling and respond, none of the rest matters. Every email you send either grows pipeline or kills it. There’s no neutral ground.
You’ll write 30–60 thoughtful, personalized, AI-augmented emails per day. Each one researched. Each one earning the next reply. Each one moving the prospect closer to a qualified call or efficiently disqualifying them so we keep our closers efficient.
You need to be AI fluent. Daily driver fluent.
Claude , Chat GPT and Perplexity are core tools in this role, not occasional helpers. You’ll use them to:

You don’t need to know SEO, GEO, or AI search on day one. We have 20 years of expertise and a structured 90 day ramp that gets you genuinely fluent, not just talking points fluent. What we can’t teach is the writing, the curiosity, the speed, and the judgment.

Background: 1–3 years of B2B outreach, sales development, recruiting, customer success, or any role where you’ve written to strangers and grown a pipeline. Industry doesn’t matter , agency, SaaS, real estate, recruiting, anything where written skills at scale was the job.

We hire competitive personalities. Some of our best people are former athletes, D1, D3, club, doesn’t matter because the muscle of training hard, getting scored every day, and wanting to beat the person next to you transfers directly to sales.
