The AT&T Sales Assistant role supports customer acquisition and service efforts through direct outreach and customer engagement. This AT&T Sales Assistant position represents AT&T products and services in a professional, customer-focused environment, helping individuals and customers understand available wireless and communication solutions.
The AT&T Sales Assistant will be helping customers understand their AT&T service options, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process in a structured, professional environment. This is a customer-facing role that is focused on communication, organization, and completing service-related tasks correctly and efficiently. The AT&T Sales Assistant role also has the ability to develop skills into more leadership roles throughout the company.
AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Support customer outreach efforts by communicating AT&T service options to potential and existing customers
- Assist in presenting wireless and telecommunication service solutions based on customer needs
- Help guide customers through service enrollment, account updates, and plan selections
- Work with customers to process their orders and ensure completion and activation
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation of interactions
- Follow structured sales processes while adapting to customer questions and needs
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service activation
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and service clarity
AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, enrollment, leadership, management or outreach is a plus
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a structured, professional setting
- Ability to follow processes while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Pay: $1,200.00 – $2,000.00 per week
Work Location: On the road
