What youll do (this is outside sales)

Self-generate leads through neighborhood outreach/door knocking

Run inspections, climb ladders, walk roofs, and document findings (photos/video)

Help homeowners navigate the insurance process (we train you)

Follow our sales process, update CRM daily, and run tight follow-up

Handle rejection professionally and stay consistent

Non-negotiables (please dont apply without these)

Valid drivers license + reliable, insured transportation

Physically able to climb ladders/walk roofs and work outdoors in Texas weather

Willing to do door-to-door outreach to create opportunities

Coachable, disciplined, and accountable (no excuses culture)

Able to pass a background check suitable for working in customers homes

Willing to commit at least 12 months (we invest heavily in training)
